The ZeroLight story:<\/h3>\n

Car showrooms aren’t always the most digitally advanced and, with that in mind, Darren Jobling set about building ZeroLight; a car configurator which offers real-time, 3D interactive scenes of cars to help automotive brands “digitise the customer journey”.<\/p>\n

Changing the way vehicle manufacturers sell cars, Zerolight’s technology – using new CGI and visualisation – has lent it the title of the world’s most advanced car configurator.<\/p>\n

An alternative to traditional configurators which use pre-made 2D pictures of cars, the business has become a key player in the move towards making car retail a digital experience.<\/p>\n

Using the Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) business model, the Startups 100-listed business<\/a> has already got a number of the top five largest global automotive brands on its books and is primed to take on the market. Reports estimate that the car industry will spend up to $5bn on the digitalisation of dealer networks in the next year.<\/p>\n

Currently in talks about projects with leading names, as well as the world’s “most innovative” electric car brand, it’s not surprising that ZeroLight has caught the attention of the press – it has already been acknowledged as a game-changer by analysts Frost & Sullivan and received coverage from various trade journalists.<\/p>\n
