The Roc Technologies story:<\/h3>\n

In two and a half years, Roc Technologies has grown to 350 employees, seven figure revenues and, most impressively, has been profitable since inception. How? By quickly becoming the managed IT services provider of choice for top name companies such as Tesco, the Ministry of Defence and Dixons Carphone.<\/p>\n

Completely self-funded by founders Mike Hockey, Sam Simpson, Steve Shirley and Matt Franklin, Roc Technologies works with large companies and the public sector to help “transform” their business processes, IT project delivery and technology.<\/p>\n

Offering software, hardware and IT services based on leading academic research and in-house developed software tools, the start-up business has been able to rapidly take a share of the market and claims to have outperformed all of its industry peers.<\/p>\n

Its founding team say that it’s early-stage success is thanks to a “unique approach to business transformation” combined with an experienced management team. One of the founders previously built a company which went on to be acquired for £28m.<\/p>\n

Said to reduce customer costs and timescales by 70% compared to traditional management services companies, Roc’s vision is to become a global disruptive business services company – all while growing organically.<\/p>\n
