Using the platform, companies can find business school graduates by posting contracts online, which the MBAs competitively bid for using an eBay-style rating system. Callaghan has overseen the remarkable growth of MBA &amp; Company to become a leader in the management consultancy sector &ndash; more than &pound;500,000 worth of work a week is now posted on the platform, helping to drive revenues of &pound;2m, a figure which the young entrepreneur expects to double by the end of the year.<\/p>\n<p>20,000 consultants are now part of the MBA &amp; Company network, helping to generate more than &pound;20m in projects completed across 130 countries.
